Moondrop has started selling in-ear headphones Chu II DSP , which differ from the standard version by connecting via USB-C.
This made it possible to place a miniature processor in the connector, allowing you to customize the sound of wired headphones to your taste. The headphones can be paired with the Moondrop Link 2.0 mobile application , which has a parametric equalizer and preset curves for different music genres.
The acoustic part of the model remains unchanged – the headphones use a dynamic driver with a 10 mm diaphragm made of aluminum-magnesium alloy. It contains the lightest voice coil made of copper-plated aluminum wire and a magnetic system made of N52 neodymium.
The headphone body is made of a stainless metal alloy by casting; the brass nozzle with a replaceable acoustic filter is machined on a CNC machine. The detachable cable features a microphone and 0.78mm jacks for connecting to headphones.
