Sony HT-XF9000

The Sony HT-XF9000 Soundbar is a 2.1-channel soundbar with Dolby Atmos® / DTS:X™ support and Vertical Surround Engine technology that perfectly matches BRAVIA TVs not only in quality, but also in design.

Vertical Surround Engine, our latest surround sound technology allows you to enjoy the thrill of the latest cinema audio formats such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X in one slim package. No matter what room you’re in, the three front-facing speakers play vertically, creating virtual surround sound that seems to radiate from you.

Our latest Vertical Surround Engine technology lets you enjoy Dolby Atmos sound from just one compact device. No matter the room, the two front-facing speakers project sound vertically, creating virtual surround sound that seems to come from everywhere. Advanced digital signal processing turns any audio signal into surround sound – just press a button on the remote control.

Sony’s design studio has designed the Sony HT-XF9000 and BRAVIA soundbars to complement each other perfectly. That’s why this soundbar looks great alongside a TV1. In order not to spoil the overall appearance with the presence of wires, you can use a wireless connection.

Enjoy movies in 4K HDR quality. Featuring 4K HDR 18Gbps passthrough and HDCP 2.2. Stream audio and watch content from your TV by connecting your soundbar via an HDMI ARC cable. You can listen to your favorite albums by connecting the soundbar via USB or using Bluetooth® wireless streaming.

The Sony HT-XF9000 soundbar also supports Wi-Fi, so after updating the firmware, its owner can use multi-user audio streaming, built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant. Using a voice command, the Sony HT-XF9000 soundbar plays your favorite music from streaming services in the desired room or throughout the house. Additionally, with a firmware update, the Soundbar also supports Spotify Connect to stream music directly to compatible devices.

Use the Music Center app (formerly called SongPal) to group selected Sony sound bars and speakers, then play music in multiple rooms.

Setting up the perfect sound: Each mode has its own button – choose the right sound depending on the content.

Cinema Mode – This mode allows the sound to fill the entire space around you, making it easy to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the movie.

Music Mode – Enjoy clear, rich sound from your favorite music.

Game mode – This mode will allow you to feel all the movements, determine the distance of objects, hear the characters’ remarks with the greatest possible clarity, thereby creating the effect of being in the game.

News Mode – This mode makes reporters’ voices clearer than background music and sound effects, allowing you to hear all the important information from news and TV programs.

Sports mode – Now you can visit the stadium without even leaving your home. In this mode, the noise from the stands is adjusted so that you can share the experience with the fans and enjoy the sporting event without missing a single phrase from the commentator.
