Canton has revised and relaunched its GLE product line under the name GLE S2 series. According to Canton, this is the next generation of its best-selling speaker series. The series includes floorstanders, monitor models, wall-mounted speakers, and subwoofers.

The GLE series has proven itself a fan favorite over the years. According to the designers, the updated GLE S2 series takes sound quality, technology, and design to a new level. This family of speakers is the result of intensive development. The proven titanium drivers have been enhanced with an innovative production step: a black coating transforms the drivers into ATB (Aluminum Titanium Black) midrange and woofers and AB (Aluminum Black) tweeters. This combination not only creates striking visual accents but also impresses with maximum rigidity and minimal weight. Thus, the GLE S2 series guarantees exceptionally precise and balanced sound reproduction, even at high volumes, according to the designers.

The Canton GLE S2 series also impresses visually with its elegant design. The magnetically attached oval fabric grilles emphasize the clean lines of the cabinet design. The speakers are available in “White Decor” with a white satin-matte baffle, as well as “Black Decor,” “Makassar Decor,” and “Walnut Decor” with a black satin-matte baffle. According to the designers, this allows the GLE S2 series to blend seamlessly into modern living spaces, both stylishly and functionally.

With the new generation, Canton further expands the range of models available within the GLE S2 series. A special highlight is the new GLE 15 Pro S2, a professional version of the GLE 15 S2 wall speaker. Thanks to optimized wall and ceiling mounting, this speaker can be used not only as a stereo or effects speaker, but also as an ideal 3D ceiling speaker. The GLE S2 series model range has also been expanded with new color variants, such as the GLE 90 S2 and GLE 30 S2 in walnut finish.

The extensive portfolio includes floor-standing speakers, compact speakers, wall-mounted speakers, and subwoofers tailored to a wide range of applications and room sizes. Depending on the model and configuration, prices per unit range from €279 (GLE 10 S2) to €1,049 (GLE 90 AR S2).
