Although these new offerings do not carry THX certification, the manufacturer asserts that the 1528 series embodies the culmination of their endeavors, integrating cutting-edge materials and top-tier engineering to deliver outstanding sound clarity.
The 1528 series of Arendal Sound speakers includes six models:

- 1528 Monitor 8: $5,900/pair
- 1528 Bookshelf 8: $4,500/pair
- 1528 Slim 8: $3,500/pair
- 1528 Center+ 8: $4,700/unit
- 1528 Center 8: $2,900/each
The 1528 Series speaker cabinets are made from high-density fiberboard (HDF) panels. Featuring a curved front baffle that is 8 cm thick, the design enhances driver positioning, resulting in improved phase coherence and transient response. The cabinet is reinforced internally and meticulously damped to reduce vibrations and standing waves, ensuring a clear and powerful audio output.
A lithium-magnesium tweeter, measuring 28 mm in diameter, is responsible for reproducing high frequencies. This tweeter is noted for its exceptional sound detail and remarkable dynamic performance. It is housed within a waveguide designed for optimal directivity.
The high-frequency emitter is integrated into a single unit alongside a mid-range speaker featuring a 5-inch graphene diaphragm, which offers both lightweight construction and exceptional rigidity.
The Arendal 1528 series of acoustic speakers features specially designed bass drivers equipped with 8-inch aluminum long-stroke cones and inverted suspensions. The Arendal Sound 1528 Series speakers come in Polar White and Basalt Black finishes and are currently available at the recommended retail prices mentioned above.
