A recent discovery adds fuel to this speculation. Users of Bethesda\u2019s official modding platform, Creators Club, recently noticed a PlayStation logo in the description of one of their mods. The logo quickly disappeared, but as we know: the internet never forgets.<\/span><\/p>\n

Microsoft\u2019s new strategy points towards multiplatform<\/span><\/h3>\n

Rumors of a PS5 version of <\/span>Starfield<\/span><\/em> fit in well with Microsoft\u2019s new approach to game releases, with the company increasingly showing interest in multi-platform distribution rather than keeping big titles exclusive to Xbox.<\/span><\/p>\n

Back in January, Microsoft\u2019s gaming division head Phil Spencer hinted at a more open approach. In an interview with Destin Legarie, he avoided guaranteeing that <\/span>Starfield<\/span><\/em> would remain an Xbox exclusive forever. He stated, among other things:<\/span><\/p>\n
