The new subwoofers from\u00a0Q Acoustics\u00a0are intended to amplify the bass reproduction of a home cinema system, but can also be used for the bass reproduction of a stereo system. The cabinets, finished in satin black or white, have a minimalist design without decorative elements. Of course, subwoofers do not have to stand out at all. The built-in amplifier is assisted by Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to optimally adjust the subwoofer to the listening room. The 12 Volt trigger input can be used to switch the subwoofers on\/off with the rest of the system. The crossover frequency is adjustable.<\/p>\n
The housing is made of 18 millimeter thick MDF panels. The front is even 36 millimeters thick. The smallest model weighs 15 kilograms, has an amplifier on board with a power of 200 Watts and picks up at 36 Hz. The middle one weighs 16.7 kilograms, has 250 Watts of power and starts at 32 Hz. The largest model Q Sub120 weighs 22.5 kilograms, has 300 Watts of power at its disposal and picks up at 28 Hz.<\/p>\n
