The 13-inch panel is expected to appear in a Dell laptop for the first time. The panel provides 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. According to LG Display, despite its multi-layer structure, the display is 40% thinner and 28% lighter than a typical OLED laptop screen. This will be the first time a Tandem OLED display is used in a laptop. LG Display is expected to supply Dell with around 100,000 Tandem OLED panels in its first batch. With the release of the iPad Pro M4, Apple introduced the first tablet with a Tandem OLED screen &#8211; these displays are made by both LG Display and Samsung Display.
