Polaroid has introduced a new high-end\u00a0instant print camera\u00a0called the Polaroid I-2.\u00a0According to the manufacturer, the I-2 is the company’s most advanced camera, with built-in manual controls and the best lens it has ever produced.<\/p>\n

The I-2 has a three-element autofocus lens that Polaroid says should produce sharper photos than any of the company’s other instant cameras.\u00a0Meanwhile, the lidar (a system for detecting and measuring distances using light) should be able to automatically adjust the lens depending on the distance to the object, even in low-light conditions, which will allow for more accurate focus.\u00a0For a camera that uses technology that is more than a few decades old, this is quite a lot of technical innovation.<\/p>\n
