The French rugged Smartphone brand Croscall has presented a new flagship device characterized by its resistance, longevity and sustainability from an ecological point of view, we are talking about the new\u00a0CROSSCALL STELLAR-X5.<\/p>\n

This device ships with nothing more nor less than a\u00a05-year warranty\u00a0and, therefore, is designed to last both physically and software.\u00a0In this sense, the manufacturer promises up to 5 years of updates and has provided it with top-notch hardware that will not become obsolete anytime soon.\u00a0Even if we ignore everything said so far, the CROSSCALL STELLAR-X5 is a smartphone that has cutting-edge specifications, so it is totally worth taking a look.<\/p>\n

CROSSCALL STELLAR-X5, made to last until 2028<\/h3>\n

First of all, this is a\u00a0ruggedized device\u00a0with guaranteed durability.\u00a0For example, it has\u00a0IP68 certification,\u00a0so it can be submerged at a depth of 2 meters for 30 minutes and come out alive and well.\u00a0On top of that, it has resistance against drops (tested up to 1.5 meters) and extreme temperatures (-20\u00b0C\/ +65\u00b0C).<\/p>\n

The interesting thing does not end here, as it outlines a sustainable construction made of recycled materials.\u00a0For example, it has a\u00a0100% recycled aluminum chassis\u00a0, 50% recycled polycarbonate back shell, and partially ecologically sourced TPU for the reinforced corners.<\/p>\n

On the front, it has a\u00a06.49-inch IPS screen with FullHD+ resolution\u00a0, variable refresh rate of 60-120Hz and maximum brightness of 450cd\/m\u00b2.\u00a0It is important to note that it has Corning Gorilla\u00ae Glass Victus2 protection and can be used with gloves on.<\/p>\n

Inside it has a\u00a0Qualcomm\u00ae QCM5430 FP2 chip with a 6nm manufacturing node\u00a0.\u00a0The manufacturer chose this chip for its long useful life and expected support until 2028. Likewise, it is accompanied by 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage, which are expandable, but not via Micro-SD, but through X- Memory.<\/p>\n

Powering the terminal is a\u00a04,500mAh battery\u00a0, which promises 2 days of autonomy with normal use or 11 hours with GPS active at all times.<\/p>\n

In terms of software, it is an\u00a0Android 13 device and will receive OS updates up to Android 16\u00a0, but security patches will continue beyond that (5 years in total).\u00a0As if that were not enough, it is compatible with the\u00a0X-Space\u00a0interface that allows it to be used as a desktop PC.<\/p>\n
