It seems that Viltrox 27mm F\/1.2 Pro XF lens coming soon. The new Viltrox 27mm F \/ 1.2 Pro XF will be presented for Fujifilm X-mount cameras.<\/p>\n

The new lens from Viltrox will be supported by an autofocus system using an STM drive.\u00a0Apparently, it will be the same as in the\u00a0previously\u00a0released Viltrox AF 75mm F \/ 1.2 XF Pro lens (also for Fujifilm cameras).\u00a0By the way, the cost of this optics was 500 dollars (about 34 thousand dollars at the current exchange rate).<\/p>\n

The new Viltrox 27mm F\/1.2 Pro XF lens is also dust and moisture resistant.\u00a0This lens was previously featured on the Viltrox optics roadmap.\u00a0However, it does not yet have other lenses in the \u201cPro\u201d line – for Fujifilm cameras.<\/p>\n

Detailed characteristics of new items will be disclosed during the official announcement.\u00a0So far, no date has been announced.<\/p>\n

Earlier, Viltrox\u00a0announced\u00a0the Viltrox AF 16mm F\/1.8 FE lens for Sony full-frame cameras.\u00a0The optical design of the novelty consists of 12 groups of 15 optical elements, including three aspherical lenses and four lenses with low dispersion (ED).<\/p>\n

The difference between this line and the expected novelty of the Pro series is the presence of a display on the lens barrel, and a smaller aperture.<\/p>\n

For fast and accurate focusing and tracking of moving objects, the lens is equipped with a quiet STM stepping motor.\u00a0It delivers smooth and near-silent autofocus.\u00a0Autofocus supports face and eye detection.\u00a0The setting information is displayed on a color screen, and the ON\/OFF switch allows you to change the aperture without clicking, which is especially convenient when shooting video.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
