Australian brand\u00a0Encel has unveiled the new\u00a0Brains\u00a0integrated amplifier\u00a0, expanding its range of affordable Hi-Fi products.\u00a0The Brains integrated amplifier follows Gelati’s\u00a0Applause Award-winning\u00a0bookshelf speakers introduced last year and is offered in a variety of “flavours” (five finishes with 12 grille colors) to suit any interior.<\/p>\n

Equipped with an impressive range of inputs, clad in a stylish, minimalist steel cabinet, complemented by a sandblasted aluminum front panel, the Encel Brains amplifier is available in black or white.\u00a0The amplifier is equipped with a built-in phono stage for working with moving magnet (MM) cartridges, optical and coaxial inputs for connecting digital sources such as a CD player or TV, as well as a Bluetooth-enabled aptX HD receiver for wirelessly streaming music from mobile gadgets.<\/p>\n

There are also three linear analog inputs, as well as a 3.5 mm headphone output on the front panel of the amplifier.<\/p>\n

The output stages of the Encel Brains integrated amplifier operate in class A\/B and develop up to 40 watts in each of the channels.\u00a0There is also a tone block that allows you to customize the sound to your liking.\u00a0Analog volume control eliminates digital artifacts.\u00a0Selecting the active input and volume level can be done using the included remote control.<\/p>\n

As is traditional for Encel products, the company works with contemporary Australian artists to design packaging.\u00a0Sydney-based artist Campbell Walker designed the packaging for the Brains amplifier exclusively for Encel.<\/p>\n
