Thorens has announced the release of\u00a0the SoundWall HP 600\u00a0speaker systems , which are an updated version\u00a0of\u00a0the classic dipole models of the SoundWall series, produced in the 1970s and 80s.<\/p>\n
The novelty is a three-way speaker system in which all emitters work in an open acoustic design.\u00a0The low-frequency range is reproduced by\u00a012 (!) Speakers with a diameter of 150 mm\u00a0, while the middle frequencies are entrusted to two separate drivers located on the sides of the two tweeters in a dipole connection.\u00a0All radiators in the system are organized in the d’Appolito configuration, which allows creating the most point source of radiation.\u00a0The lower limiting frequency is declared at the level of\u00a030 Hz\u00a0, the sensitivity of the system is\u00a095 dB\u00a0, the nominal impedance is\u00a08 ohms\u00a0.\u00a0The weight of one column is\u00a040 kg\u00a0with dimensions of\u00a0600 x 1250 x 160 mm\u00a0.<\/p>\n
