The Fyne Audio Vintage Fifteen is the flagship model of the Vintage series,\u00a0based on\u00a0the ideas and concepts of Fyne Audio technical leader Dr Paul Mills.\u00a0These speakers are equipped with the largest Fyne Audio IsoFlare driver in existence.\u00a0The driver is a coaxial combination of a 380mm (15″) fiber cone mid\/bass driver and a 75mm neodymium titanium tweeter.<\/p>\n

The emitters are controlled by a branded second-order crossover, which has undergone special cryogenic processing by deep freezing.\u00a0The large speaker cabinet houses a downward-firing BassTrax Tractrix bass reflex system with birch plywood ports.<\/p>\n

The manufacturer recommends for Vintage Fifteen an amplifier with a power of 20 to 400 W (peak – up to 800 W) with an impedance of 8 ohms.\u00a0And it is worth considering that the sensitivity of the speakers is 97 dB (at standard 2.83 V per 1 m) – this acoustics will work well with both powerful semiconductor and tube amplifiers.<\/p>\n
