Using Bounce’s built-in GPS and LTE, parents can stay connected and track their child’s location with Bounce location tracking through the Garmin Jr. app.\u00a0on a compatible parent’s smartphone.\u00a0There’s no need to switch phone providers\u2014your LTE subscription is managed directly through Garmin.\u00a0Parents can set specific areas and receive notifications when their child goes beyond the set limits.\u00a0Kids can also use the “tag” feature to share their current location, which sends a message to the Garmin Jr.\u00a0on parents’ smartphones.\u00a0If kids forget, parents can “refresh” their child’s location in the Garmin Jr. app to see their location.<\/p>\n

In addition to location tracking, families can communicate with their children through the Garmin Jr. app.\u00a0Kids can send text and voice messages to the Garmin Jr. app right from their watch.\u00a0on a compatible smartphone or to other Bounce smartwatches, as long as family administrators have approved the two watches to interact with each other.\u00a0They can also respond with customized set messages, voice messages, emoticons, or sound reactions to parent-approved contacts and Garmin Jr. family group messages.\u00a0On school days, parents can turn on School Mode or Do Not Disturb in the Garmin Jr. app to limit distractions and help kids focus while they’re in class.<\/p>\n

If a child needs help, parents can rest easy knowing that they and other contacts they’ve approved in the Garmin Jr. app will be notified when their child activates the help feature.<\/p>\n
