Katch G2: Updated version of the Bluetooth speaker"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Danish company DALI\u00a0has released an\u00a0updated version of the Katch Bluetooth speaker in the G2 version.\u00a0The first generation\u00a0came out\u00a05 years ago and turned out to be successful &#8211; on the basis of the column, they even\u00a0created the\u00a0Katch One soundbar.\u00a0The original design and axisymmetric layout of the two-way two-channel system is said to have resulted in excellent sound, and the G2 has tried to improve on all of this.<\/p>\n<p>The inner volume of the aluminum case is split in two this time for better stereo effect.\u00a0The novelty produces a maximum 2&#215;25 W RMS, and at medium volume it is ready to work for 30 hours &#8211; 6 hours more than the original version.\u00a0And for charging this time, not a coaxial connector is used, but a two-way USB.\u00a0Together with the 3.5mm AUX input, it is protected by a rubber cover.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stereoindex.com\/tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/1388c9b-1e54-406c-9056-805c558d7afc.jpg\" width=\"1390\" height=\"637\" \/><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The new Bluetooth-module supports aptX HD, aptX, AAC codecs and NFC technology.\u00a0In TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode, a pair of Katch G2s can be combined into a pretty serious stereo system.\u00a0True, the streaming functions, along with the Wi-Fi necessary for them, as well as voice control, are still missing in the new product.<\/p>\n<figure><img
