The McIntosh McAire Stereo Combo Audio System combines high-quality sound based on the company’s vast experience in high-end audio with the latest digital technology.\u00a0The McIntosh McAire Integrated Audio System delivers legendary McIntosh sound quality and signature McIntosh design in a compact size.\u00a0Built-in AirPlay\u00ae lets you wirelessly stream music files over Wi-Fi from your iTunes\u00ae library, iPad, \u00ae iPhone\u00ae, or iPod.\u00ae USB cable connects iPod classic and iPod nanos<\/p>\n

The McIntosh McAire Music Center features AirPlay wireless audio technology for communication with iPod \/ iPhone, as well as computers running iTunes.\u00a0In addition, the McIntosh McAire can operate on wired (via Ethernet) or wireless Wi-Fi networks and is equipped with a USB input for connecting Apple devices, excluding the iPad.\u00a0The device also has one line input.<\/p>\n

The McIntosh McAire has a compact design that matches traditional McIntosh components.\u00a0At the same time, McAire is equipped with built-in three-way acoustics, consisting of pairs of 4 “woofers, 2” midrange and 20 mm tweeters.\u00a0The bass speakers are mounted inside the body of the device and are loaded on a hole brought out to the bottom panel.\u00a0The midrange speakers are also loaded on bass reflexes, the outlets of which are brought out to the rear panel of the system.\u00a0The loudspeaker systems have protective grilles along the edges of the front panel, which are fixed with magnetic fasteners.\u00a0The black lacquer finish, combined with the silver elements, gives the device a sophisticated yet recognizable appearance.<\/p>\n

The McIntosh McAire front panel has a classic design for the firm’s products with large dial gauges, a pair of large volume control knobs and a signal source selector.\u00a0Miniature LEDs are used to indicate the selected input.\u00a0The system is equipped with a fully functional remote control that can be used to control the iTunes player.\u00a0The most convenient way to control McAire, however, will of course be a dedicated iPod \/ iPhone application.<\/p>\n
