The Canadian company\u00a0PSB Speakers has<\/b>\u00a0introduced\u00a0new acoustic models\u00a0in the\u00a0Synchrony<\/b>\u00a0series\u00a0–\u00a0T600<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0B600<\/b>\u00a0.\u00a0In the name of the models, the first letter codes the type of speakers – floor (\u00a0T – Tower<\/b>\u00a0) and bookshelf (\u00a0B – Bookshelf<\/b>\u00a0).<\/p>\n

New products based on technologies that have been developed in conjunction with\u00a0the National Research Center of Canada<\/i>\u00a0(Canadian National Research Center, NRC) ,\u00a0which, according to\u00a0the PSB the Speakers<\/b> , helped design the speaker“the most natural sound”<\/i>\u00a0.\u00a0By the way, this is not the first experience of cooperation between\u00a0PSB Speakers<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0NRC<\/b>\u00a0in the field of speaker design.<\/p>\n

PSB Synchrony T600<\/b>\u00a0are three-\u00a0way floorstanding<\/b>\u00a0speakers.\u00a0The internal volume of the body is divided here into four chambers.<\/p>\n

For reliable vibration isolation, the housing rests on an\u00a0IsoAcoustics GAIA II<\/b>\u00a0base\u00a0.\u00a0The high frequency range is served by an inch tweeter with a ferrofluid cooling and a neodymium magnet system.\u00a0The midrange is handled by a driver with a 5.25-inch carbon fiber cone and a die-cast aluminum basket.\u00a0The low-frequency spectrum is entrusted to three 6.5-inch woofers with carbon cones.<\/p>\n

Separation of areas of responsibility is implemented in\u00a0PSB Synchrony T600<\/b>\u00a0using the\u00a0fourth order Linkwitz-Riley filter<\/i>\u00a0.\u00a0The casings are made of MDF with the use of aluminum parts to increase the rigidity of the structure.<\/p>\n

Each bass driver operates in a separate volume with its own bass reflex port, brought out to the rear wall of the case.\u00a0The fourth chamber contains a tweeter and a mid-frequency radiator.<\/p>\n

The shelf model PSB Synchrony B600 is<\/b>\u00a0made in a two-lane architecture.\u00a0The one-inch titanium dome tweeter is complemented by a 6.5-inch carbon fiber cone speaker with bass-reflex design.<\/p>\n

The bass reflex port, like that of the floor-standing model, is brought out back, which imposes some restrictions on the installation of speakers near walls.\u00a0Like the floor-\u00a0standing<\/b>\u00a0model, the\u00a0B600 stands<\/b>\u00a0on an\u00a0anti<\/b>\u00a0-vibration base from\u00a0IsoAcoustics<\/b>\u00a0.\u00a0The manufacturer notes the versatility of the speakers – they will equally organically fit into both a classic stereo system and the surround sound system of a home cinema.<\/p>\n

\"Floor<\/p>\n

New\u00a0items are<\/i>\u00a0offered in\u00a0piano lacquer<\/i>\u00a0or\u00a0natural veneer<\/i>\u00a0.\u00a0In the US, sales of the\u00a0PSB Synchrony T600 and B600 loudspeakers are<\/b>\u00a0slated\u00a0for June<\/b>\u00a0.\u00a0A pair of floor-standing speakers can be purchased for\u00a0$ 8,000<\/b>\u00a0, while bookshelf\u00a0speakers will\u00a0cost<\/b>\u00a0$\u00a02,500<\/b>\u00a0.<\/p>\n
