With narrower bezels, the screen-to-body area is now 90% for increased comfort when watching videos or doing multiple tasks at the same time.\u00a0In addition, an increased refresh rate of up to 120Hz produces a smoother picture, while\u00a0Eye Care\u00a0technology\u00a0reduces blue light by cutting out the harmful portion of the spectrum.<\/p>\n

Depending on the configuration, you can choose between an integrated or discrete video card (\u00a0NVIDIA Mx450\u00a0or\u00a0NVIDIA GeForce GTX \u2122 1650\u00a0), as well as a 14-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2.2K (2 240 x 1400) 60Hz or 2.8K (2880 x 1 800) 90Hz.\u00a0The 16-inch\u00a0Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro\u00a0and\u00a0IdeaPad 5i Pro\u00a0models\u00a0are available in 2.5K resolution and brightness up to 350 nits, with 60 or 120 Hz options.\u00a0All displays provide full sRGB coverage.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0IdeaPad 5 Pro is\u00a0powered by\u00a0AMD Ryzen Mobile\u00a05000 Series, while the\u00a0IdeaPad 5i Pro\u00a0is\u00a0powered by an 11th Gen\u00a0Intel Core \u2122 i7 processor\u00a0, with thermal packs up to 45 watts.<\/p>\n

Both series notebooks support fast charging technology, which allows you to increase the battery life by two or three hours in just 15 minutes, depending on the configuration of the notebook.\u00a0Also, the models have an effective cooling system that removes the maximum amount of heat from the processors, preventing the equipment from overheating.\u00a0The battery capacity is 55.6 Wh for 14 “devices and 75 Wh for 16” models.<\/p>\n

Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro\u00a0and\u00a0IdeaPad 5i Pro\u00a0portable laptops\u00a0are equipped with smart features such as an IR camera with\u00a0Windows Hello\u00a0for no-touch sign-in.\u00a0Using a depth sensor (\u00a0ToF\u00a0) and\u00a0Glance by Mirametrix\u00ae software\u00a0, the camera tracks the direction of the gaze and automatically stops video playback if the user leaves the screen, and also implements additional security features such as anti-peeping and automatic locking \/ unlocking of the device.<\/p>\n

Both series of notebooks have a larger trackpad than previous generations and an improved keyboard with backlit soft-touch keys.<\/p>\n
