The “Mastering” operating mode is also provided.

But the main attention should be paid to a few numbers. According to Mola-Mola, the Kula delivers a maximum of 150 watts per channel to 8 ohm speakers or 300 watts into 4 ohms. In this case, the coefficient of nonlinear distortion at a frequency of 1 kHz does not exceed 1%. But if this volume (power) is reduced to, respectively, 100 and 200 W, then the THD will fall to 0.0005 and 0.00075%.

The amplifier is assembled in a 420x110x370 mm case. Front panel controls are duplicated by the remote control and the Mola-Mola Remote app with programmable presets. With the DAC module plugged in, Roon can be used.

The cost of the Mola Mola Kula integral in the UK is £ 10,000.

[ratemypost]

The brainchild of the famous semiconductor audio designer Bruno Putzeys, the Dutch company Mola-Mola has released the Mola Mola Kula integrated circuit.
