The Ruark Audio R1S is a multifunctional radio receiver that doubles as a streaming device and connected speaker, featuring Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. Thanks to WiFi, Ruark’s R1S can also be used as a steamer. The device supports Spotify Connect, Deezer and Amazon Music, as well as web radio, and can be controlled remotely using the Undok app, available on Android and iOS.
To ensure you get the most out of your music or favourite radio station, the Ruark R1S features a 9W Class AB amplifier paired with a 75mm full-range neodymium driver.
The R1S also functions as a radio, supporting FM bands as well as DAB and DAB+ digital radio, giving you access to the full range of radio stations available through wide compatibility, all remotely via the Oktiv app, available on Android and iOS.
For added flexibility, the R1S offers Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, allowing it to be used as a plug-in speaker. There’s also a USB-C port on the back for charging your phone while listening to music. Finally, a 3.5mm jack input lets you plug in headphones for a more private listening experience.
