Feliks Audio Echo Vibe: Enhanced Tube Headphone Amplifier with Refined Design

Feliks Audio has introduced the new Feliks Audio Echo Vibe headphone amplifier. This model is an upgraded version of the Echo, the company’s entry-level headphone amplifier, and according to the manufacturer, it is a highly regarded option for those seeking a high-quality tube amplifier without making a significant financial investment.

The Feliks Audio Echo Vibe has undergone significant internal enhancements compared to its earlier model. Notably, the amplifier is now equipped with upgraded capacitors, which the manufacturer claims enhance the clarity of high-frequency details. This enhancement aims to deliver a more transparent and immersive auditory experience, particularly for users of high-impedance headphones.

Alongside the internal modifications, the Feliks Audio Echo Vibe has introduced a new design for its cabinet. This updated amplifier showcases newly crafted wooden side panels, enhancing the cabinet’s elegance. Additionally, the transformer housing has been reengineered with better shielding to minimize interference and promote quieter performance. The Echo Vibe maintains the brand’s distinctive OTL (Output Transformer-Less) topology, providing 350 mW of power with a gain of 20 dB.

It boasts a broad frequency response ranging from 15 Hz to 45 kHz (±3 dB), making it compatible with various music styles and headphone types. The ideal impedance for headphones is between 80 and 600 ohms, and it includes a standard 6.35-millimeter jack. The amplifier has a weight of 3.6 kilograms and dimensions of 27 x 22 x 12 centimeters.
