FiiO Q15 is a new portable DAC and headphone amplifier with AK4191 and AK4499EX chips.
Flagship DAC AKM AK4191EQ+AK4499EX
The Q15 uses a new product from AKM – the DAC combination AK4191EQ+AK4499EX. When working in tandem with the new DWA Routing Technology, sound quality is significantly improved. The result is a more detailed yet natural and realistic sound that makes the listener feel like they have been transported to the concert venue.
Desktop-class portable machine
The Q15 features a new desktop mode of operation, for which a separate Type-C power connector is provided. When connecting the Q15 to a PD adapter, the Q15 will be powered externally, bypassing the battery, allowing it to work in desktop mode even on the road.
1600 mW of power that rivals desktop amplifiers
In desktop mode, the Q15 is capable of delivering 1600 mW of balanced output in headphone mode, which is more than enough to drive a variety of IEMs and full-size headphones.
USB/Bluetooth/Coaxial Combiner
Q15 integrates USB DAC, Bluetooth receiver, coaxial decoding and other modes into one device, making it easy to connect different types of devices for different use cases.

Bluetooth : Connects to phones/tablets/digital audio players and other devices that support high-definition Bluetooth codecs, including LDAC/aptX Adaptive
Coaxial : Connects to CD/digital streamers/digital audio players/receivers and other devices, supports up to 192kHz/24bit PCM and DSD64.
