Fezz Audio, a Polish audio manufacturer, has introduced the Olympia Evo, a dual mono integrated tube amplifier offered in a variety of colors. This model features a contemporary remote control for added convenience.
In addition, Fezz Audio has recently launched its inaugural mono power amplifier, named Olympia. The design of the integrated amplifier mirrors that of the power amplifier, but it includes front-mounted knobs for user control.
The Olympia EVO is an integrated vacuum tube amplifier featuring a dual mono design, equipped with eight KT88 tubes along with a pair of 12AX7 and 12AU7 tubes. This configuration delivers a nominal output power of 100 watts per channel, achieving total harmonic distortion (THD) of under 0.1 percent at lower volumes and below one percent at maximum power. The amplifier is designed to provide a frequency response ranging from 16 Hz to 80 kHz.
The newly developed remote control features volume adjustment, source selection, and an on/off capability. Additionally, it includes a convenient standby mode and a two-minute preheating cycle, which enhance operational efficiency and prolong the lifespan of the tubes.
The Olympia EVO, measuring 420 x 380 x 200 millimeters and weighing 24 kilograms, is equipped with three stereo RCA inputs. Additionally, it includes a covered slot on the rear panel designed for future upgrades, which may include hardware for Bluetooth connectivity, a phono stage, or a DAC module. Its sophisticated electronic tube protection system replaces conventional glass fuses, enhancing reliability and safeguarding the vacuum tube circuitry.
The automatic bias adjustment system guarantees uniform performance, removing the necessity for manual calibration. Furthermore, the dual-mono configuration delivers outstanding stereo imaging and a wide soundstage.
