Samsung TV Plus is a so-called FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming) service similar to The Roku Channel, Amazon Freevee, Vizio WatchFree+ and LG Channels. These services typically offer free TV channels that mimic the classic TV guide, with ads before, during, and after the show. Samsung TV Plus offers over 1,800 channels from all over the world.

ImageSamsung has not yet commented on this information, but if it is true, then this will not be a big surprise. For example, the Roku service is available today on select Amazon FireVTV and Samsung Smart TV devices.
