Samsung has announced the start of taking orders for 98-inch QLED TVs with a resolution of 4K (3840 × 2160 pixels) of the Class Q80C family. The novelty is priced at $ 8,000, which is by no means cheap, but Samsung has formed a special offer for the TV, which allows you to save money on early orders .

The base price of the 98-inch Class Q80C TV is $7999.99. That’s $2,000 cheaper than TCL’s recently introduced 98-inch TV, although the Chinese model features Mini-LED technology. However, Samsung is offering early adopters a cheaper TV: Until July 2, those who book the Class Q80C will receive $500 vouchers that can be used for payment. This will bring the price down to $7,500, but there will be an additional $1,000 discount for those who make a purchase when pre-orders start July 3-23. As a result, the buyer will be able to get a TV for $6500.
Additionally, the buyer will receive as a gift a 5.1.2-channel Q-Series speaker system (model Q800C) – a 360-watt soundbar with an 8-inch subwoofer, which is sold separately for $1000. In addition, customers will enjoy free shipping and installation from Samsung.
Unlike the increasingly popular Mini-LED backlit TVs, the TV uses conventional LED backlight modules with Direct Fully Array technology. The Class Q80C TV is equipped with a Samsung Neural Quantum Processor chip with upscalable image resolution up to 4K and Quantum HDR + technology, and also supports Dolby Atmos, Object Tracking Sound Lite and Q-Symphony 3.0 audio technologies. 120Hz refresh rate supported.
