The new Optoma UHD55 lamp projector features a 0.47 ” DLP sensor that delivers 4K screen resolution with 4-way pixel shift technology. The light output of the novelty is 3,600 ANSI lumens, and the life of the light source is 10,000 hours when operating in eco mode.
For convenience , the UHD55 offers vertical lens shift, 1.3x optical zoom, digital zoom, keystone correction and curved/concave projection function.
The projected image contrast ratio declared by the manufacturer is 1,200,000 : 1 , and the coverage of the DCI-P3 color space is 95% . As a result, Optoma promises a bright HDR10 picture with deep blacks. For 3D images, the projector offers a 3D mode .
The pre-installed smart platform offers access to a catalog of movies, games, music and other content. And the built-in 10W speakers make the device completely versatile.
Developers have not forgotten about gamers either. The projector supports the HDMI 2.0 standard , thanks to which the input signal delay of 1080p/240Hz (from a computer) is only 4ms , and 4K/60Hz – 16.9ms . In addition, the projector offers 21:9 and 32:9 super-wide formats for compatible games .
