The American company Avantone Pro describes its Planar The II full-size headphones as “the ideal solution for mix engineers, musicians, podcasters, streamers and hi-fi lovers.” In 2020, the company introduced its first Planar headphones. According to the manufacturer, Planar The II “…is even lighter than the classic Planar, and comfortable ear cushions provide comfort during extended listening.”
Perhaps this is so, but when we open the technical characteristics section of Planar and Planar The II, we find identical parameters, the same to the last comma.
