The Topping MX3S is a true audio combine, serving as both an amplifier and a headphone amplifier with a built-in AKM AK4377 DAC and Bluetooth receiver. An ideal model for a small to medium listening room, capable of delivering dynamic, accurate and faithful reproduction.
Thanks to the presence of a subwoofer output in RCA format, the MX3S can be used to organize a 2.1 audio system. Using a subwoofer allows you to achieve deep and punchy bass.
Topping MX3S digital inputs feature automatic input signal detection. This allows the device to automatically turn on when it receives an audio signal and turn off if no valid signal is received within one minute.
In addition to full connectivity, Topping MX3S is equipped with a Bluetooth receiver, allowing you to remotely stream music from, for example, a smartphone or tablet. The chip used supports aptX, aptX HD and aptX Adaptive transmission codecs, facilitating high-quality wireless audio playback.
The MX3S amplifier section uses an Infineon Merus Class D chip, which allows it to deliver 2x50W of power under a 4Ω load with a high efficiency of over 90%. It also offers a characteristic restitution of excellent clarity and precision. The MX3S also offers two-level gain control to adapt to your listening system.
To adapt to your audio system, Topping MX3S is equipped with a built-in equalizer. It allows you to adjust the bass and treble levels in the range from -10 dB to +10 dB.
