The new Klipsch Gig XXL and Klipsch Gig XL Bluetooth audio systems differ from other Klipsch portable speakers in that they offer dynamic light shows that sync with music and can be customized to suit user preferences, as well as the microphone inputs required for karaoke. – parties. The Klipsch Gig XXL and Klipsch Gig XL audio systems can be paired wirelessly for even more power and true stereo sound. Content sources can be connected not only via Bluetooth, but also with a cable with a 3.5 mm minijack connector. There is also a USB-A port for flash drives. The audio systems are also equipped with a 6.3 mm analog stereo input for connecting musical instruments – guitars, keyboards, drum machines and the like.
The larger Klipsch Gig XXL model features two 2″ tweeters and two 6.5″ bass-boosted woofers for rich, powerful sound. At the same time, the manufacturer claims the ability to achieve a sound pressure of 110.7 dB from a distance of 0.5 m. The smaller Klipsch Gig XL can be safely used near water due to its IPX4 dust and splash protection rating. The younger model is equipped with the same radiators as the older one, but it has one bass driver. Although the Gig XL is relatively compact, weighing only about 4.5kg, Klipsch says it can deliver 105dB SPL from 0.5m away.
Summer parties are often held outdoors, which means autonomy is important for an audio system. The new Klipsch Gig XL and Klipsch Gig XXL can play up to eight hours at full volume thanks to a built-in lithium-ion battery.
Two new wireless party speakers from Klipsch will go on sale soon. In the US , the Klipsch Gig XXL wireless audio system costs $349 , while the junior Klipsch Gig XL costs $249 .
